Associate/Senior Associate (Healthcare Practice)
About the Position:
They are currently seeking skilled and motivated professionals for the roles of Associate and Senior Associate in our healthcare practice. The selected candidates will play a crucial role in advising clients on diverse healthcare legal issues, ranging from regulatory compliance to reimbursement and fraud and abuse. Successful candidates will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, gaining valuable experience in the field of healthcare law.
Eligibility:
Bachelor’s degree in Law from a reputable institution.
1-5 years of relevant experience in healthcare legal practice.
Strong understanding of healthcare laws, regulations, and industry practices.
Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Advise clients on a broad spectrum of healthcare legal matters, ensuring regulatory compliance and ethical practices.
Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and legal documents related to healthcare services.
Stay updated on changes in healthcare laws and regulations, providing timely insights to clients.
Collaborate with senior attorneys and legal teams to deliver high-quality legal services to clients.
Conduct legal research and analysis as required for client cases.
