About the Job:
We are currently hiring for the position of FSS SLA Associate/Senior Associate for a top MNC company in Mumbai. This role involves developing and managing SLAs for finance services across different regions and work streams, collaborating with stakeholders, and ensuring full compliance with SLA requirements.
Eligibility:
Candidates should have a graduation degree in any field with expertise in SLA creation and legal documentation. A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience is required. Immediate joiners are preferred.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Develop and manage SLAs for finance services.
Collaborate with stakeholders from various departments.
Update dashboards to track progress and address challenges.
