About the Internship/Job:
We are currently seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Advocate to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate with 0-2 years of experience to work on challenging cases in diverse practice areas. The selected candidate will gain exposure to a variety of legal proceedings in Supreme Court, High Court, District Courts, and major Tribunals.
Eligibility:
Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB)
0-2 years of relevant legal experience
Bar Council registration
Strong research and analytical skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Roles and Responsibilities:
Conducting legal research and analysis on civil and commercial matters.
Drafting and reviewing legal documents, including pleadings, affidavits, and agreements.
Representing clients in Supreme Court, High Court, District Courts, and major Tribunals.
Assisting senior advocates in case preparation and strategy.
Attending court hearings and proceedings.
Providing legal opinions and advice to clients.
Collaborating with the legal team on various projects.
Duration:
Full-time position.
