About the Job:

This is a full-time position for an experienced Intellectual Property Lawyer with a minimum of 1+ years of experience, preferably within boutique IP law firms. The candidate will be responsible for managing IP prosecution portfolios and providing expert legal advice on various IP matters. This position offers a dynamic environment with opportunities to grow and develop as a legal professional while working closely with clients and a collaborative team.

Eligibility:

- Minimum of 1+ years of experience in intellectual property law, specifically with boutique IP law firms.

- Proven experience managing IP prosecution portfolios.

- Strong understanding of trademarks, copyrights, designs, and domain disputes.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and research skills.

- Ability to work independently and handle responsibilities with ownership.

- Candidates with experience in multiple jurisdictions, especially the Indian Sub-Continent, are preferred.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Oversee and manage intellectual property prosecution portfolios for clients.

- Provide expert legal counsel on trademarks, copyrights, designs, and domain disputes.

- Conduct legal research and draft legal documents.

- Collaborate with team members and clients to develop effective legal strategies.

- Stay updated with evolving IP laws and regulations.

Duration:

This is a full-time permanent position.
