About the Job:

They are seeking a dedicated and motivated Legal Associate to join our Litigation team. This is a full-time position based in Mumbai, with a preference for candidates residing in Mumbai and Thane. The selected candidate will work on a diverse range of legal matters, gaining valuable experience in both trial and appellate court proceedings.

Eligibility:

• Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) degree.

• 0 to 2 years of post-qualification experience.

• Strong understanding of the Civil Procedure Code and Civil Laws.

• Fluency in English with excellent communication skills.

• Experience in dealing with clients is preferable.

• Ability to work collaboratively as a team player.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Drafting various pleadings such as notices, complaints, evidence affidavits, replies, rejoinders, writ petitions, and all forms of applications.

• Appearing before the High Court, Sessions Court, City Civil & District Courts, Magistrate Courts, and Quasi-Judicial Authorities.

• Assisting with case management, including maintaining case files, tracking deadlines, and organizing case documents.

• Conducting thorough legal research.

• Engaging with clients to understand their needs and provide legal counsel.

Skills Required:

• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.

• Strong analytical and research capabilities.

• Ability to prioritize complex and interrelated tasks effectively.

• Collaborative working style and good team player.

Duration:

• Full-time position with immediate joining.
