About the Job

We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled Legal Professional with at least 1 year of Post-Qualification Experience (PQE) to join our team in Indore. The role involves working closely with our collections team and requires a strong commitment to driving success while ensuring compliance with financial regulations. Experience or knowledge of the financial sector or SARFAESI regulations will be an advantage.


Eligibility

  • 1+ years of PQE

  • Experience or knowledge of the financial sector or SARFAESI regulations is preferred

  • Strong problem-solving skills

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

  • Willingness to collaborate with cross-functional teams, particularly the collections team


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Provide legal support to the collections team

  • Ensure compliance with SARFAESI and other relevant financial regulations

  • Handle legal documentation and draft notices

  • Provide legal advice on operational matters within the financial sector

  • Collaborate with other departments to achieve business goals


Duration

Full-time, permanent position
