About the Job:

Mahindra Finance is seeking a dedicated Legal Executive to join its team in Kolkata and Kharagpur. This role focuses on managing legal matters, particularly concerning Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act, and contributing to the recovery of disposal losses.


Eligibility:

- Law graduate with comprehensive knowledge of the Negotiable Instruments Act, especially Section 138

- Proficiency in Excel for MIS and data management

- Strong communication and analytical skills

- Ability to work independently and handle multiple cases effectively


Roles and Responsibilities:

- Manage and resolve cases under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act

- Oversee disposal loss recovery processes

- Maintain and analyze data through MIS using Excel

- Ensure compliance with legal protocols and organizational policies

- Work collaboratively with the team to meet departmental objectives


Duration:

This is a full-time position offering long-term growth opportunities.
