About the Internship/Job:
This position offers an exciting opportunity for law graduates to join Provana as Attorney Support (Paralegal). As a vital member of our team, you will be responsible for providing essential support in legal processes, leveraging your legal knowledge, computer skills, and analytical abilities to contribute to the smooth functioning of corporate legal files.
Eligibility:
LLB Graduate
Minimum 1 year of experience in corporate legal files
Proficient in basic computer skills with a minimum typing speed of 30 wpm with 97% accuracy
Excellent reasoning and analytical skills
In-depth understanding of the LPO industry and operations
Good command of spoken and written English
Roles and Responsibilities:
Assist in various legal processes related to corporate matters
Utilize computer skills to efficiently handle legal documentation
Conduct legal research and analysis as required
Collaborate with legal teams to ensure accurate and timely completion of tasks
Maintain confidentiality and integrity in handling sensitive legal information
Duration: Full-time position
Shifts: Flexible for 24*7
