About the Job:
We are seeking a highly skilled Litigation & Advisory Specialist to join our team. This role entails effective handling and management of litigation cases across various domains including Arbitration, Civil, Criminal, Labour, Consumer, Property, and Family law. The specialist will also assist in legal research, drafting pleadings, and providing advisory services to clients.
Eligibility:
Minimum 7 years of experience in litigation and advisory roles.
Bachelor's degree in Law (LL.B).
Own conveyance is required.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to identify risks, prioritize tasks, and work collaboratively in a team.
Willingness to travel on short notice.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Handling and managing litigation cases including Arbitration, Civil, Criminal, Labour, Consumer, Property, and Family law.
Reviewing pleadings, preparing strategies, and monitoring case progress.
Maintaining litigation tracker and Management Information System (MIS).
Drafting pleadings, applications, replies, plaints, written statements, and interlocutory applications.
Briefing Senior Advocates/Advocates for urgent reliefs.
Conducting legal research and preparing case law analysis for opinion/advisory writing.
Visiting client offices for case briefs and allied matters.
Duration:Full-time position
