About the Job:
MetaLaw Offices is currently seeking candidates for two Associate positions within their Litigation Team:
Position 1: Associate (0-2 years PQE)
Profile: The candidate will handle various aspects of White-Collar Crime and Commercial Litigation before the District Court, National Company Law Tribunal, High Court of Delhi, and the Supreme Court.
Roles & Responsibilities: Responsibilities include conducting legal research, drafting legal documents, and managing court-related tasks.
Position 2: Associate (0-4 years PQE)
Profile: The candidate will manage diverse matters of Criminal and Civil litigation before the District Court, National Company Law Tribunal, High Court of Delhi, and the Supreme Court.
Roles & Responsibilities: Responsibilities include conducting legal research, drafting legal documents, and overseeing court proceedings.
Eligibility:
For Position 1: Candidates with 0-2 years of Post-Qualification Experience (PQE).
For Position 2: Candidates with 0-4 years of Post-Qualification Experience (PQE).
Candidates should have a strong academic background and relevant experience in litigation.
Duration:
These are full-time positions with the expectation of immediate availability.
