About the Job:

S&A Law Offices is seeking to fill Senior Associate, Principal Associate, and Senior Principal Associate positions within its Litigation & Arbitration department. These roles are ideal for experienced legal professionals with a robust background in corporate and commercial litigation, as well as arbitration.


Eligibility:

  • Bachelor’s degree in law

  • Qualified in AIBE and registered with the Bar Council of India

  • A minimum of 4+ years of experience in corporate/commercial litigation and arbitration

  • Proficient in legal research, drafting, and communication

  • High attention to detail and ability to produce precise legal content

  • Experience in handling corporate and commercial disputes


Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Conducting legal research and providing strategic legal advice

  • Drafting, reviewing, and filing legal documents

  • Representing clients in court proceedings and hearings

  • Collaborating with team members and clients

  • Maintaining client communication and managing junior associates

  • Advising on and formulating arbitration strategies

  • Evaluating legal risks and offering practical solutions

  • Collaborating with business development teams to generate leads

  • Drafting legal content and managing arbitration proceedings

  • Researching case laws and technical matters

  • Handling commercial suits


Duration:

This is a permanent position.
