About the Job/Internship:

Diaz Legal is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join its team as Junior Associates or Interns. These roles provide an opportunity to work under experienced lawyers, engage with significant legal matters, and develop practical skills in a professional setting.

Eligibility:

For Junior Associate (Advocate):

• Candidates must have 0-1 years of Post-Qualification Experience (PQE).

• Enrollment with the Bar Council of India is mandatory.

For Interns:

• Law students in their third, fourth, or fifth year from reputed law colleges are eligible to apply.

• Candidates with prior internship experience and practical exposure will be preferred.

• The internship is for a duration of 1 month, and candidates can choose between January, February, or March.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Drafting legal documents, pleadings, and contracts.

• Conducting comprehensive legal research.

• Representing clients in court appearances across forums, including:

  • High Court

  • District Court

  • TDSAT

  • NCLAT

  • NCLT

  • DRT

  • Arbitration and other legal proceedings.

• Assisting in client meetings and case strategy discussions.

Duration:

• Junior Associate (Advocate): Full-time position.

• Interns: 1-month duration (January, February, or March).
