About the Internship/Job:
They are hiring Junior Law Associates to work at the District & Sessions Court in Gurugram. This role is ideal for law graduates who are enrolled as advocates and reside in or around Gurugram. The internship offers practical experience and the potential for conversion to a full-time role based on performance.
Eligibility:
Law graduates with Bar Council enrollment (advocates).
Residing in/around Gurugram.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Compile a list of matters listed in the coming week.
Mark presence in listed matters.
Maintain and update daily diary (legal reference).
Work on live cases and prepare case synopses.
Update case statuses on MS-Excel.
Engage in drafting and legal research.
Duration:
Minimum of 6 months, with the possibility of conversion to a full-time hire based on performance.
