About the Job:
R.Dayal & Co. is inviting applications for the position of Junior Lawyer. This role is open to advocates with 0-2 years of experience in District Courts of Delhi. The firm is also offering internship opportunities for law students in their 3rd, 4th, or 5th year. While the internship is stipend-free, deserving candidates will receive a Certificate of Excellence and recommendations.
Eligibility:
- For Junior Lawyer: Advocates with 0-2 years of experience in District Courts of Delhi. Only Delhi residents will be considered.
- For Internships: Law students currently in their 3rd, 4th, or 5th year of college.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Assisting with court appearances and filings in District Courts.
- Supporting senior advocates with case preparation and research.
- Drafting legal documents and pleadings.
- Learning the nuances of court procedures and practices.
Duration:
- Full-time position for Junior Lawyers.
- Internships are offered based on the candidate's academic schedule.
