About the Internship:

Lexis & Company is seeking law students for the role of Junior Legal Associate (Level-1) in their litigation department. This internship is an excellent opportunity for students to gain hands-on experience in corporate litigation and learn from experienced legal professionals. The role is designed for October 2024 and is based out of the firm's New Delhi office.


Eligibility:

- Open to all law students.

- This is an in-office position, and candidates seeking work-from-home opportunities should not apply.


Roles and Responsibilities:

- Assist senior associates in legal research and drafting.

- Provide support in preparing legal documents, case briefs, and court filings.

- Assist in attending client meetings and understanding case strategies.

- Collaborate on ongoing litigation cases and corporate matters.

- Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks and maintain high-quality standards.


Duration:

- October 2024 (1-month internship).
