Kerala High Court partly stays circular easing restrictions on DJ events, concerts at college campuses

Kochi, July 16, 2024 – In a remarkable development, the Kerala High Court has moderately stayed a recent government circular that direct to ease limitations on DJ events and concerts at college campuses across the state.
