About the Internship/Job:

The firm is offering a remote internship opportunity for law students to conduct in-depth legal research on Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) under both domestic and international jurisdictions. The internship is designed to provide practical experience and exposure to ADR processes and legal research methodologies.


Eligibility:

- Law students currently in their 3rd, 4th, or 5th year of study.

- Strong research and writing skills.

- Ability to analyze and interpret legal judgments.


Roles and Responsibilities:

- Conduct legal research on ADR under domestic and international jurisdictions.

- Prepare a concise write-up on one of the following topics:

1. Power of Arbitral Tribunal in setting aside Ex-parte order against respondent.

2. Right of the respondent to participate in Arbitral proceedings after the respondent has been proceeded Ex-parte.

- The write-up should not exceed 200 words and must reference at least two judgments on the subject.


Duration:

Two months.
