Law Internship at a South Mumbai Law Chamber

About the Company:

A law chamber in South Mumbai, focusing on litigation and in-depth legal research, is offering an opportunity for law students to gain hands-on experience. The team includes experienced legal professionals like Pulkit Tyagi and Rupal Shrimal, providing valuable exposure to real-world legal practice.


About the Internship:

This is a paid internship with a minimum commitment of two months, extendable based on mutual interest and performance. The role is primarily in-office, with the possibility of a hybrid model for select candidates focused on research-based assignments.


Eligibility:

- Law students in their fourth or fifth year

- Candidates with a background in tax law will have an advantage

- Applicants should be based in Mumbai or have the ability to commute, as the stipend may not cover accommodation costs in Mumbai


Roles and Responsibilities:

- Conduct thorough legal research on assigned topics

- Assist in preparing legal documents and case files

- Work closely with senior members in the chamber

- Hybrid interns will handle research tasks and submit writing samples as required


Duration:

Minimum two months, with a possibility of extension based on performance and compatibility
