About the Internship:

The Legal and Finance Assessment Internship at Hiranmayi Legal offers a unique opportunity for aspiring professionals to gain hands-on experience in both the legal and finance sectors. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about learning and are eager to contribute to meaningful projects that have a real-world impact.


Eligibility:

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Law, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

- Prior experience or knowledge in Accounting, GST Registration, Udyam Registration, or related areas is preferred but not mandatory.

- Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and a willingness to learn.

- Excellent communication and research skills.

- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.


Roles and Responsibilities:

- *Agreement Management:* Draft, review, and vet various agreements to ensure they meet legal standards and align with company policies.

- *Legal Research:* Conduct thorough research on relevant laws, regulations, and legal precedents to support ongoing projects and client needs.

- *Team Support:* Assist the legal and finance teams with a range of tasks, including data analysis, document preparation, and administrative duties, to ensure smooth daily operations.


Duration:

This internship is a temporary position with a duration of 3 months, offering the opportunity to extend based on performance and business needs.
