About the Job:
Oxyzo Financial Services Limited is seeking a qualified and experienced Legal and Operations Associate to join our Legal and Operations team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in drafting, reviewing, and managing complex commercial lending documents, ensuring compliance with legal requirements, and providing legal guidance to support our operations.
Eligibility:
LLB degree with 2-5 years of professional work experience.
Candidates from litigation backgrounds are not eligible.
Preferred experience in NBFCs, banks, or financial institutions.
Essential Skills:
Extensive experience in drafting wholesale lending documents.
Proficient in contract management and legal documentation.
Strong ability to draft, review, and manage agreements and contracts.
Excellent multitasking skills and ability to work under tight timelines.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Draft, review, and ensure compliance of complex commercial lending documents and other legal documents.
Monitor pre- and post-conditions mentioned under the lending documents.
Execute legal documents and coordinate with different departments for document execution.
Provide legal guidance to ensure day-to-day operations align with legal requirements and best practices.
