About the Job:
BeIN Legal is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Legal Associate to join our team in Delhi NCR. This role offers an excellent opportunity to work on high-profile banking and corporate legal matters, arbitration cases, and insolvency disputes. The selected candidate will gain hands-on experience appearing before various legal forums, including the Hon'ble High Court of Delhi, District Courts, Arbitral Tribunals, and specialized tribunals such as the Debt Recovery Tribunal (DRT) and National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT).
Eligibility:
Bachelor's degree in Law (LL.B) from a recognized university
Strong knowledge of banking and corporate laws, arbitration laws, and insolvency laws
Excellent drafting and writing skills
Ability to appear before courts, tribunals, and arbitral tribunals and argue cases
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Prior experience in banking, corporate, or arbitration law will be an advantage
Roles and Responsibilities:
Drafting and filing documents related to Banking and Corporate matters
Appearing before the Hon'ble High Court of Delhi and District Courts
Handling arbitration matters, including drafting and filing Arbitration Petitions, Appeals, and related documents
Representing clients before Arbitral Tribunals and arguing cases
Handling matters related to Debt Recovery Tribunal (DRT) and Debt Recovery Appellate Tribunal (DRAT)
Managing cases before the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) and National Company Law Appellate Tribunal (NCLAT)
Conducting legal research and preparing case strategies
Assisting in client consultations and providing legal advice
