About the Job:

Meraki Legal is seeking to hire a Legal Associate with 1 to 2 years of post-qualification experience (PQE). The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in drafting legal documents, conducting legal research, and appearing in court. Eligibility:

- *Qualification:* LLB from a recognized institution.

- *Experience:* 1 to 2 years of PQE.

- *Skills Required:*

- Strong drafting and research abilities.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

- Commitment to full-time and exclusive engagement with the firm.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Drafting legal documents including Suits, Claims, Writs, Petitions, Applications, Appeals, Replies, and Rejoinders.

- Conducting thorough legal research on various propositions of law.

- Representing clients in court, including appearances before the Bombay High Court, District Courts, NCLT, Family Courts, and Magistrate Courts.

- Managing cases in the areas of civil and criminal litigation, arbitration, family and domestic violence, and real estate law.

Duration:

Full-time position.
