About the Job:

SBA Consulting is seeking a highly motivated Legal Associate to join its International Trade Team in Delhi. This role offers the opportunity to work on a broad range of international trade topics, including trade remedies, tariff and non-tariff barriers, WTO disputes, and policy advisory. The ideal candidate will have a strong legal background in international trade and a keen interest in contributing to impactful global trade initiatives.

Eligibility:

- Bachelor's degree in Law (LL.B/B.A.LL.B/B.B.A.LL.B/B.Sc.LL.B, C.S/ LL.B).

- A Master's degree in International Trade, Competition Law, and/or Investment Law is preferred.

- Previous internship experience or work experience in international trade law is essential.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Assist in trade remedy investigations, including anti-dumping and countervailing duty cases.

- Analyze tariff and non-tariff barriers affecting global trade.

- Provide legal support for WTO disputes and other trade-related matters.

- Collaborate on policy advisory projects for government and private sector clients.

- Conduct detailed legal research on international trade laws and regulations.

- Draft legal documents, including briefs, opinions, and policy papers.

Duration:

- Full-time position.
