Eligibility

- 6 months to 3 years of experience in the legal services industry

- Bachelor's or master's degree in law

- Proficiency in legal technology platforms and Boolean/keyword searches

- Knowledge of GDPR, PII, PHI, and privacy laws

- Strong analytical skills for evaluating documents such as contracts, compliance files, and communications

- Familiarity with eDiscovery, Relativity, contract management, legal research, and cyber incident reviews

- Ability to adapt and work across multiple practice areas


Roles and Responsibilities

- Analyzing and evaluating legal documents, including contracts and compliance files

- Conducting legal research and managing eDiscovery processes

- Utilizing legal technology platforms to streamline and enhance workflows

- Performing keyword and Boolean search creations to facilitate document review

- Collaborating with cross-functional teams on privacy law compliance, including GDPR, PII, and PHI

- Supporting contract management and cyber incident reviews

- Contributing to the development and implementation of best practices across various legal practice areas


Duration

This is a full-time position with a notice period of 30-60 days.
