About the Internship/Job:
DM Legal Associate, a reputed law firm specializing in litigation, invites applications for the roles of Legal Associate (Full-Time) and Legal Intern (Internship) at our Mumbai office. This is an excellent opportunity for passionate legal professionals and aspiring litigators to gain hands-on experience in real estate, property, commercial laws, and corporate litigation. Candidates will have the chance to work closely with experienced litigators, engage in legal research, assist in case preparation, and gain courtroom exposure.
Eligibility:
Legal Associate (Full-Time):
1-2 years of experience in litigation or related legal practice.
Legal Intern (Internship):
Law students in their 2nd to 3rd year (3-year LL.B. course) or 3rd to 5th year (5-year B.A./B.B.A. LL.B. course).
Roles & Responsibilities:
✅ Conduct legal research and case law analysis.✅ Draft pleadings, agreements, contracts, and other legal documents.✅ Assist in court proceedings, client meetings, and case strategy discussions.✅ Work on litigation matters involving property laws, commercial laws, real estate disputes, and corporate litigation.✅ Engage in contract and dispute resolution matters.✅ Collaborate with senior lawyers and prepare case briefs.✅ Maintain legal documentation and ensure timely filings.
Duration:
Legal Associate: Full-time, permanent position.
Legal Intern: Internship for a minimum of 3 months, extendable based on performance.
