Meraki Legal is a full-service advocacy and consultancy law firm with offices in Chunabhatti and Fort, Mumbai. We specialize in Civil and Criminal Litigation, Arbitration, Family and Domestic Violence, Real Estate, and various other fields of law. Our team of experienced legal professionals is committed to delivering high-quality legal services.

We are looking to hire a Legal Associate and a Legal Intern who are passionate about law and eager to gain hands-on experience in litigation, legal research, and drafting.


Eligibility

Legal Associate

  • LLB graduate (Batch of 2023 or 2024).

  • Minimum 1 year of experience (preferred).

  • Strong research, drafting, and communication skills.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced legal environment.

  • Full-time exclusive commitment to the firm.


Legal Intern

  • Law students preferably in their 3rd year (5-year course) or 2nd year (3-year course).

  • Strong legal research and drafting skills.

  • Excellent communication and analytical abilities.

  • Keen interest in litigation and courtroom exposure.


Roles & Responsibilities

Legal Associate

  • Drafting legal documents such as Suits, Claims, Writs, Petitions, Applications, Appeals, Replies, and Rejoinders.

  • Conducting in-depth legal research and case law analysis.

  • Appearing before Bombay High Court, District Courts, NCLT, Family Courts, and Magistrate Courts.

  • Assisting in client consultations and legal strategy formulation.


Legal Intern

  • Assisting in legal drafting and documentation.

  • Conducting legal research and preparing case briefs.

  • Supporting senior associates in case preparation.

  • Observing and assisting in court proceedings.


Duration

  • Legal Associate: Full-time, long-term position.

  • Internship: Duration to be discussed during selection.
