About the Internship/Job:
This position offers a unique opportunity to work closely with Mr. Divyadeep Chaturvedi and his legal team on high-profile cases at the Supreme Court of India. As an Associate, you will engage in legal research, document drafting, case preparation, and client communication, contributing to the success of the firm’s legal endeavors.
Eligibility:
Bachelor’s degree in Law from a recognized institution.
Excellent command over the English language.
Strong research and writing skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Prior experience in a legal setting is preferred but not required.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Conduct legal research on various cases and prepare case briefs.
Draft legal documents, including petitions, pleadings, and affidavits.
Assist in case preparation and attend court hearings when necessary.
Communicate with clients, court personnel, and other stakeholders as required.
Provide administrative support to Mr. Divyadeep Chaturvedi and the legal team.
Duration:
Full-time position.
