About the Internship:

DASS Legal Partners is seeking a motivated Legal & Corporate Intern to join our team. This virtual internship offers law students a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience in key legal areas such as legal research, labor and employment laws, contract drafting, and legal content writing. Interns will work closely with experienced legal professionals and will be involved in diverse tasks that are critical to the firm's operations.


Eligibility:

- Currently pursuing an LLB degree, in the 3rd year or above.


Roles and Responsibilities:

- Conducting legal research on various topics, including labor and employment laws (POSH, Maternity, New Labour Codes).

- Preparing judgment summaries and case briefs.

- Assisting in contract drafting, review, and vetting processes.

- Writing articles and creating legal content for various platforms.

- Supporting the legal team in handling corporate legal matters.


Duration:

- The internship will begin on 1st September 2024.

- Minimum duration: 8 weeks.

- Work from home, 5 days a week, with flexible hours (4-6 hours a day).
