About the Position:
They are excited to announce an opening for a Legal Executive position within our organization. This role is ideal for driven legal professionals with 1-2 years of experience, who are eager to face new challenges and significantly contribute to our team’s success. This position offers an excellent opportunity to work on a wide range of legal matters, interact with clients, and develop professional skills in a supportive and high-paced environment.
Eligibility:
Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B) from a recognized university.
1-2 years of experience in a legal setting, preferably in a consulting firm.
Strong understanding of legal principles and practices relevant to our business.
Excellent research, analytical, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in legal research software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Assist in the preparation and review of legal documents, including contracts, agreements, policies, and reports.
Conduct legal research and analysis on various issues and provide actionable insights.
Liaise with clients to understand their legal needs and offer tailored legal advice.
Support senior legal staff in case preparation and management.
Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Participate in legal projects and initiatives aimed at improving our services and operations.
Duration:
This is a full-time position with a probationary period of 6 months.
