About the Job:

TLRegTech is seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Legal Implementation and Research Associate to join our Legal team. This role is ideal for individuals eager to kickstart their career in a dynamic setting, focusing on legal implementation, research, and client support.


Eligibility:

  • LL.B/LL.M/CS qualification.

  • Good communication and presentation skills.

  • Knowledge of Companies Act & SEBI.

  • Previous experience in legal compliances (domestic compliance) is a must.


Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Prepare project opening meeting presentations as per the project plan.

  • Conduct opening meeting meetings with clients.

  • Work closely with the back office team and plan projects according to Acts requirements for clients.

  • Prepare client location visit plans by coordinating with teams and clients.

  • Research industry and applicability of laws.

  • Conduct As-Is analysis and GAP analysis at client locations.

  • Discuss compliances with clients and identify users.

  • Provide training, support, and handholding to clients on the compliance product, Avacom.

  • Send weekly status reports to clients and maintain project workbooks.

  • Conduct project close-down meetings with clients and obtain signoffs.

  • Conduct legal and regulatory compliance audits for clients if required.
