Interns will travel to various courts and tribunals in Delhi-NCR, gaining practical insights into litigation and legal practice.


Eligibility:

The internship is open to law students who are dedicated, enthusiastic, and passionate about learning. Candidates must be willing to travel to multiple courts and tribunals in Delhi-NCR.


Roles and Responsibilities:

- Attending and assisting in proceedings at District Courts, Tribunals, and the Delhi High Court

- Conducting legal research and preparing case briefs

- Drafting legal documents, pleadings, and submissions

- Assisting in the preparation and filing of cases

- Attending client meetings and providing assistance in strategizing cases

- Liaising with court officials and keeping track of case listings and developments


Duration:

Internships are available for October and November 2024, with the option for students to apply for other months by specifying their preferred period in the subject line of their email.
