About the Internship/Job:

ideaForge is looking for a dedicated *Legal Intern* for a minimum period of *3 months, with the potential for conversion into a **full-time position* based on the candidate's performance. This is a *paid opportunity* and is ideal for candidates who have recently completed their law degree and are based in Mumbai. The role involves daily commuting to the *Navi Mumbai* office and offers hands-on exposure to *Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM)* tools and contract law.

Eligibility:

- Recently completed law degree (LLB).

- Prior internship experience in legal roles, particularly with exposure to contract law.

- Basic knowledge of contract law, drafting, and experience with CLM tools.

- Mumbai-based candidates who can commute to Navi Mumbai daily.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Review and manage contracts, ensuring compliance and accuracy.

- Use the CLM tool for the digital execution of agreements.

- Maintain and update the contract tracker for various agreements.

- Assist the legal team with legal research and documentation.

- Coordinate with internal departments on agreements, including NDAs, SLAs, and other contractual obligations.

Duration:

Minimum 3 months, with the possibility of extension to a full-time role based on performance.
