About the Internship/Job:

The firm is looking to fill two key positions: Legal Intern and Legal Associate. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who are passionate about law, eager to learn, and ready to work in a fast-paced environment. Candidates must be committed to delivering quality legal work, demonstrate ambition, and possess a keen understanding of legal procedures.

Eligibility:

- *Legal Intern:* Law students currently in their final or second-last year of study, with a strong interest in criminal and civil law.

- *Legal Associate:* Law graduates with experience in criminal and civil law, ideally with prior experience in legal drafting and court appearances.

- Both roles require proficiency in legal drafting, e-filing, and a solid understanding of court procedures and protocols.

- Fluent English communication skills, both written and spoken, are essential.

- Candidates must be able to dedicate at least 6 months to the role.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Legal drafting of petitions, applications, and other legal documents.

- E-filing of legal documents with relevant courts.

- Researching and preparing legal briefs.

- Assisting with court appearances and liaising with clients.

- Conducting thorough legal research and case analysis.

- Working closely with senior advocates to manage case proceedings.

Duration:

- Legal Intern: 6 months

- Legal Associate: Full-time position with a minimum commitment of 6 months
