About the Internship:

The internship at Scales Law Firm offers law students and recent graduates an excellent opportunity to immerse themselves in a dynamic legal setting. The internship is designed to provide exposure to various legal tasks, such as legal research, drafting documents, and assisting attorneys with court preparation. This is a full-time, one-month internship available for the month of October, with flexible start dates and the option to work on-site or remotely.


Eligibility:

- Currently pursuing a law degree (LLB students or recent graduates).

- Strong research and writing skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.


Roles and Responsibilities:

- Conduct legal research and analysis on various cases.

- Draft, review, and edit legal documents such as contracts, pleadings, and briefs.

- Assist attorneys in preparing for court proceedings and client meetings.

- Participate in client interviews and meetings.

- Provide administrative and clerical support as required.


Duration:

- 1 month (October 2024).

- Full-time.


Location:

- Scales Law Firm, Pitampura, Delhi.

- Remote options are available for select candidates.


Salary/Stipend:

- To be discussed during the interview process.
