Burger Singh, a leading name in the food and beverage industry, is looking for a proactive and dynamic Legal Intern to join its team on an immediate basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in corporate law, contract drafting, and compliance in a fast-paced and innovative environment. The internship is designed for law students who are eager to expand their knowledge of corporate legal processes and contribute meaningfully to the company’s operations.

Eligibility

• 3rd to 5th-year law students enrolled in a recognized national-level law school.

• Strong commercial acumen with a deep understanding of contract drafting, risk assessment, and management.

• Excellent negotiation, drafting, and communication skills.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Conduct research on corporate laws, secretarial norms, corporate compliance, and other regulatory requirements in the F&B industry.

• Assist with daily tasks, such as negotiating lease, vendor, and supply chain agreements, identifying risks, and providing actionable mitigation strategies.

• Support cross-functional teams in contract lifecycle management, including renewals, amendments, and dispute resolution.

Duration

The internship is for a period of 3 months (flexible).

Salary/Stipend

A stipend will be provided in line with industry standards.

Location

Sector 65, Gurgaon.
