About the Internship/Job:
KS Law Firm is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated legal interns to join our team. This internship offers a unique opportunity for law students or recent graduates to gain hands-on experience in legal research, drafting, and courtroom exposure. As a part of our firm, you will work closely with experienced professionals and gain practical insights into the legal industry.
Eligibility:
Law students currently in their 3rd/4th/5th year of a 5-year integrated law program or in the final year of a 3-year law program.
Strong research and drafting skills.
A keen interest in litigation and corporate law.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Eagerness to learn and contribute actively to the team.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Conduct in-depth legal research on various topics and case laws.
Assist in drafting legal documents, including pleadings, contracts, and agreements.
Attend court hearings and assist senior advocates in case preparation.
Support the team in organizing and maintaining legal files and case documentation.
Participate in discussions and provide inputs for case strategies.
Stay updated with recent legal developments and judgments.
Duration:
The internship duration will be as mentioned in the candidate’s cover letter.
