About the Internship:

MEHTA'S VASUNDHARAA is offering a 6-month legal internship program, available in a hybrid format, with a base location in Mumbai. This internship provides law students the opportunity to engage in high-value real estate transactions, work closely with high-net-worth individuals (HNIs), and contribute to mergers and acquisitions deals. Interns will also gain exposure to project management, financing, investor pitching, and other critical aspects of real estate law.


Eligibility:

- Pursuing or completed an LLB from a premier institution.

- Aspiration to pursue an LLM with specialization in Land Laws, Intellectual Property Rights, RERA, or Corporate Laws.

- A keen interest in real estate transactions and corporate legal matters.


Roles and Responsibilities:

- Assist in drafting and reviewing legal documents related to mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and real estate transactions.

- Work on high-value transactions worth up to INR 1800 crores.

- Support the legal team in project management and financing aspects of real estate deals.

- Engage in investor pitching and negotiations with HNIs.

- Conduct legal research on land laws, corporate laws, and intellectual property rights.

- Provide support in closing deals and managing client relationships.


Duration:

- 6 months (hybrid format).
