About the Internship:

Nyaypratham Legal is seeking two driven and passionate law students for an internship opportunity in October 2024. This is a physical, hands-on internship where interns will have the chance to engage in a wide range of legal practices, including research, drafting, and preparing case briefs. Interns will also gain invaluable exposure by attending court proceedings and working closely with experienced legal professionals in the firm’s areas of expertise.


Eligibility:

- 4th and 5th-year students of a 5-year law course

- 3rd-year students of a 3-year law course

- Candidates who are available to join immediately will be given preference


Roles and Responsibilities:

- Conduct legal research and assist with drafting legal documents

- Prepare case briefs and summaries

- Attend court proceedings at various levels, including the Supreme Court, High Court, District Courts, and tribunals

- Assist the legal team with case preparation and document filing

- Provide support in civil, criminal, and corporate litigation matters


Duration:

- One month (October 2024)
