About the Internship:

Quartz Legal Associates is offering an exciting internship opportunity for law students. This internship will provide hands-on experience in various legal practice areas, including general litigation, corporate law, contract drafting, legal consultancy, and real estate. Interns will have the chance to work alongside experienced legal professionals, gaining valuable insights and practical knowledge.

Eligibility:

  • Open to all law students.

  • Strong interest in general litigation, corporate law, contract drafting, legal consultancy, and real estate.

  • Good communication and research skills.

  • Ability to work diligently and meet deadlines.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Assist in drafting legal documents, contracts, and agreements.

  • Conduct legal research and analysis.

  • Support in the preparation of case briefs and legal opinions.

  • Attend court proceedings and client meetings.

  • Perform other tasks as assigned by senior legal professionals.

Duration:

  • Minimum of 3 months.

  • Certificate of internship upon successful completion.
