About the Internship:

This internship offers law students and fresh graduates a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in legal case management and claims handling within the insurance sector. Interns will work closely with seasoned legal professionals, gaining valuable insights into procedural laws and practical case handling. The internship provides a platform to enhance skills in legal research, drafting, and professional communication while contributing to meaningful projects.


Eligibility:

Pursuing or recently completed a law degree (LLB), preferably in the final year or recently graduated. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Eagerness to learn and take on challenges in a professional environment. Proficiency in MS Office and MS Excel is a plus.


Roles and Responsibilities:

Support the legal team in managing Third-Party (TP) claim cases, including MACT, HC appeals, Consumer Commissions, and Ombudsman matters. Conduct thorough legal research and assist in drafting case documents and reports. Analyze legal cases and contribute to case summaries and strategy discussions. Maintain and organize case files with meticulous attention to detail. Collaborate with team members to execute ongoing legal projects effectively.


Duration:

3 months, starting from the 2nd week of January 2025.
