About the Internship:

S. Vinay Ratnakar is offering an exciting internship opportunity for 2-3 motivated law students or fresh graduates eager to explore the intricacies of commercial and civil litigation. Eligibility:

- Currently pursuing or having completed a degree in law (LLB or equivalent).

- Strong interest in commercial and civil litigation.

- Prior experience in litigation or arbitration (preferred but not mandatory).


Roles and Responsibilities:

- Assist in legal research related to commercial and civil disputes.

- Draft legal documents, pleadings, and arbitration agreements.

- Support in the preparation of case briefs and court submissions.

- Attend court proceedings and arbitration sessions as required.

- Participate in discussions and strategy planning with senior counsel.

Duration:

- 2 months, with the possibility of extension based on performance and office requirements.
