About the Internship/Job:
This internship provides a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the field of form work specialization within the corporate domain. Interns will be immersed in drafting a variety of legal documents, particularly those involving intricate transactions and cross-border activities. The role offers exposure to diverse legal practices, allowing interns to develop a comprehensive skill set essential for a successful career in law.
Eligibility:
Law students currently enrolled in their penultimate or final year of study
Strong academic background with a keen interest in corporate law
Excellent communication and drafting skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Previous experience in corporate law or document drafting is preferred but not mandatory
Roles and Responsibilities:
Assist in drafting and reviewing legal documents, including agreements, contracts, and resolutions
Conduct legal research on various corporate matters and provide analysis
Collaborate with senior associates to ensure accuracy and compliance with legal standards
Participate in client meetings and discussions to understand their specific requirements
Maintain organized records of all drafted documents and research findings
Duration: Flexible, with a minimum commitment of 3 months
