About the Internship/Job:

This internship provides a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the field of form work specialization within the corporate domain. Interns will be immersed in drafting a variety of legal documents, particularly those involving intricate transactions and cross-border activities. The role offers exposure to diverse legal practices, allowing interns to develop a comprehensive skill set essential for a successful career in law.

Eligibility:

• Law students currently enrolled in their penultimate or final year of study

• Strong academic background with a keen interest in corporate law

• Excellent communication and drafting skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Previous experience in corporate law or document drafting is preferred but not mandatory

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Assist in drafting and reviewing legal documents, including agreements, contracts, and resolutions

• Conduct legal research on various corporate matters and provide analysis

• Collaborate with senior associates to ensure accuracy and compliance with legal standards

• Participate in client meetings and discussions to understand their specific requirements

• Maintain organized records of all drafted documents and research findings

Duration: Flexible, with a minimum commitment of 3 months
