About the Internship/Job:

The firm is seeking a full-time Legal Intern to join its team in Nagpur. The ideal candidate will have exposure to property matters, title search reports, and legal documentation. This position offers an excellent opportunity for fresh law graduates to gain hands-on experience in both civil and criminal litigation as well as corporate laws.

Eligibility:

- LLB degree (freshers or those with 0-1 year of experience).

- Candidates from Nagpur, Maharashtra, will be preferred.

- Good drafting skills are essential.

- Experience in property matters, documentation, and title search reports is a plus.

- Immediate availability for full-time work is required.

- Summer internship candidates need not apply.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Assist in civil and criminal litigation.

- Prepare legal documentation related to property matters.

- Conduct title search reports and property-related research.

- Assist in corporate law matters, including insolvency and bankruptcy cases.

- Support intellectual property rights cases and documentation.

- Conduct legal research and provide case updates.

Duration:

Full-time, immediate joining.
