About the Internship:

Adv. Sakchie Saluja is offering an exciting opportunity for motivated and dedicated law students to join her esteemed legal team as a Legal Intern. This internship provides a unique chance to gain hands-on experience in legal research, drafting, and courtroom proceedings under the mentorship of experienced advocates. The internship period is one month, with the possibility of extension based on the candidate's performance.

Eligibility:

  • Law students currently in their 4th or 5th year of a BA LLB program or 3rd year of an LLB program.

  • Strong research, writing, and communication skills.

  • Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

  • Proficient in drafting and legal research.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Conduct legal research on various issues to support the legal team.

  • Assist in drafting legal documents, research memos, and correspondence.

  • Attend court proceedings and client meetings under the guidance of experienced advocates.

  • Participate in case strategy discussions and contribute to legal analysis.

  • Engage in other court-related work as needed.

Duration:

  • One month, with the possibility of extension based on performance.
