About the Internship:

Arun Kumar & Co. is seeking motivated and dedicated Legal Interns to join its team. This internship offers a hands-on experience in various branches of law, including Corporate, Criminal, and Taxation. Interns will have the chance to work closely with seasoned advocates, engage in case research, assist in drafting legal documents, and attend court proceedings. This is a unique opportunity to gain practical exposure and develop essential legal skills in a dynamic work environment.


Eligibility:

- Currently pursuing an LL.B or equivalent degree.

- Strong research and legal writing skills.

- Eagerness to learn and contribute to the legal field.

- Ability to work in a team and handle tasks efficiently.


Roles and Responsibilities:

- Conduct legal research on various topics related to Corporate, Criminal, and Taxation law.

- Assist in drafting legal documents such as petitions, pleadings, and agreements.

- Support the legal team in preparing for hearings and court proceedings.

- Attend court sessions and gain exposure to real-time legal practice.

- Participate in client meetings and contribute to case strategy discussions.

- Maintain accurate case files and documentation.


Duration:

The internship is available for a duration of 1 to 3 months, with the possibility of longer-term opportunities based on performance and availability.
