About the Internship
This is a 5-month assessment-based internship designed to offer real-world legal experience in a fast-paced and innovative fintech environment. Interns will have the unique opportunity to contribute to various legal processes, engage with seasoned professionals, and develop essential skills required for a successful legal career in the fintech sector.
Eligibility
Candidates should preferably have completed 5 years of integrated law or a 3-year law course, graduating in 2024, or currently be in the final semester (strictly online classes).
Applicants must be immediately available to commence the internship and willing to work from our office in Okhla Phase 2, New Delhi.
Candidates should be based out of the Delhi NCR region.
Roles and Responsibilities
Assisting the legal team in drafting and reviewing legal documents, contracts, and agreements.
Conducting legal research on various aspects of fintech, banking, and financial laws and regulations.
Supporting the legal team in dispute resolution, litigation management, and compliance activities.
Participating in client meetings and legal proceedings as required.
Collaborating with other departments to ensure the legal integrity of financial products and services.
Duration
The internship will last for a duration of 5 months, with an immediate joining date.

Salary/Stipend
