About the Internship:

Dhritya Legal is offering an in-office internship for law students in their 3rd to 5th year who are eager to pursue a career in litigation. This internship provides hands-on exposure to critical areas of law, including criminal law, service law, civil law, property disputes, and arbitration. Interns will work closely with experienced legal professionals, gaining practical experience in legal research, drafting, and case management.


Eligibility:

- Law students currently in their 3rd to 5th year of a Bachelor's degree in Law.

- Strong research and legal writing skills.

- Excellent communication and organizational abilities.

- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team.

- A strong interest in litigation and a passion for pursuing a career in law.


Roles and Responsibilities:

- Conducting legal research on various aspects of criminal, civil, service law, property disputes, and arbitration.

- Assisting in drafting legal documents, including petitions, notices, and case briefs.

- Supporting the legal team in preparing for court appearances and hearings.

- Managing case files and organizing case-related documentation.

- Engaging in team discussions and providing insights into ongoing cases.


Duration:

- The internship will last for 6-8 weeks, with immediate start dates available.
