Estate Law Firm is a leading legal practice based in Panvel, specializing in real estate law and related regulations, with a strong focus on matters under the Maharashtra Real Estate Regulatory Authority (MAHA RERA). The firm provides comprehensive legal services to clients in the real estate sector, guiding them through regulatory and compliance matters.


About the Internship:

Estate Law Firm is offering a three-month legal internship for candidates with a strong interest in real estate law, particularly in MAHA RERA. This internship provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in real estate regulations, legal research, and case management, while working closely with experienced legal professionals. The role involves a 5-day work week and is ideal for local candidates eager to enhance their skills in a real-world legal environment.


Eligibility:

- Currently enrolled in a law program.

- Strong interest in real estate law.

- Excellent research and communication skills.

- Candidates residing within a 10 km radius of Panvel are preferred.


Roles and Responsibilities:

- Conducting legal research, particularly on MAHA RERA regulations and compliance.

- Assisting with the drafting of legal documents and pleadings.

- Supporting the team in real estate-related case management.

- Participating in client meetings and legal discussions as required.


Duration:

- 3 months with immediate joining.
