About the Internship:
HCL Capital Pvt. Ltd is offering an exclusive internship opportunity for law students in their 3rd or 4th year, preferably from Delhi NCR. This physical internship allows students to gain substantive experience working directly with experienced legal professionals in a corporate in-house legal setting. Interns will engage in high-level legal matters, enhancing their skills and knowledge in areas such as contract drafting, compliance, corporate law, and legal research.
Eligibility:
- Law students currently in their 3rd or 4th year of law school.
- Preferably from Delhi NCR.
- Strong interest in corporate law and in-house legal work.
- Excellent research, writing, and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Assist in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts and other legal documents.
- Conduct legal research on corporate and regulatory matters.
- Assist with compliance-related tasks and company policies.
- Prepare and organize case briefs and legal memos.
- Support the legal team in day-to-day operations and special projects.
Duration:
The internship will be for a fixed period, with the possibility of extension based on performance and business needs.
