Eligibility
Currently pursuing a law degree (LLB) or a related field.
Demonstrated interest in intellectual property law through coursework, projects, or internships.
Strong ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
Proficient in legal research using platforms like SCC, Manupatra, and similar tools.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Roles and Responsibilities
As a Legal Intern, you will:
Draft and review a variety of intellectual property documents, including:
Trademark applications.
Opposition filings, cancellation petitions, counter-statements, and evidences.
Responses to office actions and other IP-related legal documents.
Handle online IP filings and track deadlines for multiple applications.
Conduct comprehensive legal research on IP laws, case laws, and judgments.
Assist in client communications by gathering essential details and providing updates on ongoing matters.
Duration
3 months (extendable based on performance and mutual agreement).
